Overview

We provide professional consultation and industry tutelage to Prospects which includes overseeing the NCAA recruiting process, customized/individualized financial support and training for the NFL and NBA Drafts. We also provide all necessary administrative resources to increase student-athletes’ visibility to acquire NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) contracts.


Our Mission

We focus on the whole athlete by developing, planning, organizing, directing, budgeting, leading and evaluating professional athletes and their business career and investment portfolio opportunities.


We custom design individualized professional and business pathways for aspiring professional athletes that are unique as the Prospects we represent. There is no one fit all consultation with Brown and Bonapart Sports Management. We identify and create athletes' specific goals; develop an action plan to accomplish the athletes' established goals; ensure the proper supports are in place for the athletes and execute our game plan by maximizing all available resources for our prospects.

Contract Negotiations

Our experience allows us to determine the value that each individual athlete possesses in order to calculate and capitalize on that value.

Professional Training

We recognize that each athlete is unique, with individual needs, and our extensive network allows us to explore and develop new and innovative training strategies for clients in all sports.

Who we are

BROWN & BONAPART SPORTS MANAGEMENT TEAM

A former professional football linebacker. He played college football at Kansas State. While at Kansas State, Gaskins was a three-year starter between 1993 and 1995. Gaskins was also an accomplished high jumper on the Kansas State Wildcats track and field team, winning the 1993 high jump at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships with a jump of 2.27 meters. He was drafted by the St. Louis Rams in the 4th round (105th overall) of the 1996 NFL draft. While at Kansas State, Gaskins was a three-year starter between 1993 and 1995. As a rookie, he appeared in 15 games starting one. For the season he recorded 21 tackles and one fumble recovery.
